Delivery Date

We provide quotation request feedback within 24 hours of receiving documents requested to translate (except for some projects). The quote states date translation will be delivered, and we have pride in meeting the stated delivery date that has been proven through customer satisfaction surveys conducted.

DPT Programs

Our information processing network operates in OS and Windows environments and uses not only basic software, but also XPress, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, PageMaker, Acrobat Professional, Framemaker, Htm, and Xml.

Translation Memory System

Since documents to be translated are related to each other, we consult with the clients and create a new translation memory for each client. And, thanks to our professional team that efficiently manages these types of multilingual documents, we keep our rates affordable.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is one of the obligations of a translation company and can be formalized in a contract with a client. We have a security system to ensure confidentiality and thoroughly manage security with various protection devices.

Warranty

Accent Mondial has been a member of CNET (Membre de la Chambre Nationale des Entreprises de Traduction) since its inception, and our translation service is guaranteed to DIN EN 15038 (according to DIN CERTCO Certification No. 7U058). The legal standard model CEN 15038 was prepared in 2006 by European translation experts.
